The following guarantee is in addition to product warranty
- Repair or replacement shall include ANY leaks due to defects in product or workmanship.
- All inspections of KC Roof INC: Metal flashing, Vents, Tiles, Drip Edge (ANY MATERIAL) will be done by KC ROOFING and repaired immediately!
- Our 5-year Workmanship Guarantee basically covers you completely.
KC ROOFING takes every precaution and utilizes professional Industry standards and techniques in roofing, re-roofing and repairs. We are a completely Certified Company.
Nothing in this Guarantee construes liability of Contractor (KC Roofing) for defects or failure of roofing products as covered in the separate manufacturers’ warranty. Nor shall the labour necessary to reroof due to complete failure or a roofing system be the responsibility of the contractor (KC ROOFING).
